Booty Work: Gym Time

There are certain gym days I like over all others: BOOTY DAY (leg day) is my favorite by far. I love finding new ways to use machines and new workouts. This leg day consisted of all kinds of new workouts. I shared my favorite two with you all in this post!

My Leg Day: (3 sets x 12 reps each):

  • Cardio= 20 min Stepper
  • Smith Machine Squats
    • Closed Leg
    • Hip Width
    • Wide Leg
  • Smith Machine Lunges
  • Smith Machine Donkey Kicks
  • Cable Hamstring Curls (in video)
  • Cable Side Knee-Leg Raise (in video)
  • Cable “Around the World” Standing Leg Raises (in video)
  • Cool Down: Abs & Yoga Stretches

Never stop pushing yourself! You never know what you can do until you try. Look forward to the gym and have fun! The results you’ll see are just a bonus to all the fun & hard work.
