There are certain gym days I like over all others: BOOTY DAY (leg day) is my favorite by far. I love finding new ways to use machines and new workouts. This leg day consisted of all kinds of new workouts. I shared my favorite two with you all in this post!
My Leg Day: (3 sets x 12 reps each):
- Cardio= 20 min Stepper
- Smith Machine Squats
- Closed Leg
- Hip Width
- Wide Leg
- Smith Machine Lunges
- Smith Machine Donkey Kicks
- Cable Hamstring Curls (in video)
- Cable Side Knee-Leg Raise (in video)
- Cable “Around the World” Standing Leg Raises (in video)
- Cool Down: Abs & Yoga Stretches
