Cool Down: ABS

Another workout post to help you all find some new exercises for home or in the gym! I polished off my leg day workout with some interactive planks. I love getting to spend some time at the end of my workout to focus on abdominals and stretching! I don’t spend too much time working them because ABS are truly made in the kitchen. I do love focusing on making my core stronger!

Here are some tips and tricks to help get creative with those ABS! I have my feet elevated to increase the level of difficulty and focus strictly on upper and lower ABS strength.
