Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Jason got the chance to come home {yayyy} four weeks was four weeks too long. We got to spend some time relaxing with his family- eating great food & catching up on some shows we record! It was a much needed weekend. Jason headed back to Cincinnati this afternoon- but no worries, I get to see him again next weekend for his home golf tournament. So stay tuned: I’ll be travelling down to Cincinnati for next weekend!

 {SWING DRESS TIME! }

Alright, WHO IS READY FOR SUMMER? Tan skin, flip-flops, and ice cold lemonade on the poolside. Okay- enough with the day dreaming! Summer will be here before you know it & I want your wardrobe to be READY!

My favorite part about summer is getting to wear my sun dresses that sit in my closet the other 3 seasons of the year. A popular style of dress that emerged last season was the: SWING dress. The swing dress become a staple for many girl’s closet & will be a staple again this summer!

The swing dress is best described as a flowy basic dress- it resembles a over-sized long sleeve shirt & is flattering on the majority of body types. My closet is FULL of swing dresses! They are so comfortable & perfect for the hot summer days when you don’t want to put in too much effort into your morning routine. 

I wore my first swing dress of the season to church this weekend! The one pictured and all my other swing dresses are from Plato’s Closet and they all cost anywhere from $6-$12! So affordable & a staple for your closet for summer 2016. 🙂
