Upper Body: Back, Arms, ABS oh my!

HAPPY MONDAY: so excited to see what this week has to offer me & all of you! I have a workout post for you today- snip bits of one of my UPPER BODY days last week. I included several videos of exercises targeting: BACK, ARMS & ABS.

I left the videos as individuals- instead of combining them all into one! Let me know if you like the shorter individual videos or the one-longer video! I have received multiple e-mails & messages about personal workout journeys and I would love to hear more! I love offering any advice I have and helping you all reach your goals! Keep rocking it out! 🙂

My Workout: (3 sets x 12 reps)

  • Individual Lat Pulldowns 
  • Pulley Triceps 
  • Sitting Pulley Lat Rows 
  • Pulley Crutches 
  • Bench ABS

I know you can do it so STICK WITH IT! Love you all & your continuous support. If your Monday isn’t going as planned: drink some coffee, take a deep breath, and find someway to bless someone else (that alone might change your whole day). Stay positive because God doesn’t throw anything at you that you can’t handle!
