Concluding Easter & The Week Ahead

Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a blessed Easter weekend! I hope you were able to enjoy Easter with your loved ones: celebrating the Resurrection! HE IS RISEN. I am so thankful for my strong faith with God & all the unconditional love I receive everyday because of Him.

I was able to spend my Easter with my family. Our family gathers at my Grandparents house for all holidays. I love family traditions! Easter 2016 was a success!img_5849

Well before we dive too far into this week, I wanted to share with you my goals for this coming week! I think it is so important to share your goals, so people can help KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE!

I’m in a weekly life group at CedarCreek & this past week we discussed renewing our minds from the norms of society. I wanted to incorporate some of the ways I am currently exercising that in my week goals! It is so important to step back and renew the mind from all the realities life interrupts us with all the time.

This Week’s Goals:

  1. Speak Life Not Death– I want to remember that my words are important & I have the choose to build people up or tear them down with simple words. In other words, “If I don’t have anything productive to say, don’t say it.”
  2. Watching My Playlist– I will be watching what I am listening to and feeding my mind with. I have already switched my radio to K-Love & downloaded new playlist on Pandora for my workouts! (Christian Hip Hop station is SOOOOO GOOD!)
  3. Being Consistent– I just ordered new vitamins & workout supplements, so this week my goal is to be consistent with taking those with my workouts. Eating right and gym time are included in this goal. This week I only allowed myself one cheat meal & one day free of the gym.
  4. Finishing Strong– This is my last month in the semester! Only four weeks of classes left! My goal is to not procrastinate, but to stay positive & rock out the rest of the semester/exams.

Now that I shared my goals with you all help keep my accountable! I will keep you updated throughout the week on my progress! So excited to PLAN to PREPARE for SUCCESS!

I hope you all have the best week & keep a positive attitude! There are so many things to be thankful for on a daily basis. (Just think- MONDAY IS ALREADY OVER!)

Love you all!
Be TRUE. Be YOU.
